CLAIM PROCEDURE:

. Contact your insurance broker who will gather the information needed to open the claim.
. Your insurance broker will notify us of the claim on your behalf.
. We will notify the insurer in due diligence, who will assign an adjustor to deal with your claim.
. The adjustor will contact you.

Please be advised that no claims are the same and that the settlement may take some time, depending on the complexity of the situation
